Hey Everyone,

For those that haven't got the latest news from Combat Arm's page... as you know I have been monitoring the news closely. I have also been updating the posts as soon as they become available (thus the so many updates yesterday). I am sure you were frustrated (as was I). Again, Combat Arms has decided to issue another letter of apology to the CA Community.

Two things we know for certain (they're still trying to isolate the incident), so you may still experience difficulties when you log into your account. If that is the case, you will find the link below where to connect to Nexon's forums, to submit your issue. The other, is that Combat Arms is up and you may be able to play.

I would also like to note, earlier today CA released an update that stated the Assault Vest Sale would be extended until Tuesday, but in this new "update" they are extending it to Wednesday. So just a heads up - if you were looking to purchase this item (be safe rather then sorry, and purchase it ASAP before it disappears) and don't wait until the last minute.

I have enclosed the newest update, to include 100% EXP, and GP boosts for FRIDAY (February 3rd) ONLY! Also 3x's Gridiron Badges Feb. 2nd - 5th! So be sure to mark your calendar for this weekend!

Dear Combat Arms Players,




Over the past week, Combat Arms has been experiencing issues with game stability and login. Since then, our teams have been working around the clock investigating the issue and have made a great deal of progress in identifying the cause. We decided to bring the game down over the weekend to isolate and address the issue. This was not an easy decision. We care a great deal about the game and its community and we knew how difficult this would be for all our players.

Combat Arms is now open, and we are continuing to monitor the game very closely until the problem is fully resolved.


We understand that this explanation doesn’t begin to compensate you for the lost time and frustration you have experienced during this period. For that, we sincerely apologize and would like to offer Combat Arms players the following:



Any purchased items currently in your inventory have already had their duration times extended by 24 hours.

From Thursday to Sunday, February 2 – 5, 2012, Gridiron Warfare login event will give three badges instead of one.

This Friday, February 3, 2012, we will be offering 100% EXP and GP bonuses on all servers.

The Permanent Assault Vest Sale is being extended through Wednesday.




As we monitor the game and work to resolve these issues, you can help by immediately reporting any login or connection difficulties you have on this special forum thread

The maintenance has completed and the game servers are now open. We apologize for the inconvenience. As compensation for the downtime we have extended the duration on all inventory items by 24 hours. We will also have +100% EXP and GP all day on all servers on Friday, February 3, 2012. In addition, we have extended the Assault Vest Permanent sale through Tuesday.


NOTE: We are aware that some may be experiencing login issues and we are working hard to get them resolved.

My birthday went out with a BANG!

On a side note I would like to thank everyone who participated. I know it was a little hectic without having Vivox, but overall I think the different game modes was a success. My only regret was I wished the (killset was higher for the pistol, and melee only event). But we will get it handled for the NEXT time!

In the future, I expect to start a couple of polls on this blog to further enhance YOUR gaming experience, and to find out overall just what YOU want for Events (Game Modes) and Prizing! So be on the lookout....
