There is to be a scheduled maintenance on February 16th, 2012.
Expect a 7 hour downtime!

*Note, because this maintenance is expected to last 7 hours, be on the lookout for the "potential" of a game patch, and hopefully the Rural Estate map!. Which a lot of of have been waiting anxiously for! =)
