Last minute update, apparently Nexon is having some technical difficulties with yahoo email accounts. So if you're registered with a yahoo email account and you cannot reset your password, change password, or have trouble logging into a locked/deactivated account; rest assured Nexon is aware and are working to fix it.

They are performing a 'scheduled server restart' later today.
Expect a 30 minute downtime.
